Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

All of our orders are shipped via USPS. We offer the following shipping options:

    . Ships 1 - 3 business days

.Priority Mail Express

    . Ships next day - 2 business days


*Shipping cost varies depending on the zone you live in the US. These are not exact prices. Service is subject to shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates, and not guarantees. Our store is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes

International Shipping

Right now, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to consider it in the future. Please be on the lookout in the future.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@caesura.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For more information, please read our return & refund policy for detailed information.

Damages and Missing Orders

If the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us so we can help file a claim. A refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we can issue you for an exchange. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for evidence purposes.
